Some problems need software, not another plugin. 1REALTOUR designs and builds web applications for businesses and nonprofits: tools that staff use every day and portals that customers or members log in to. We build in Laravel with Filament for data-heavy admin work and in Next.js for fast, custom interfaces, and we host and maintain what we build.
What we build
Events and membership platforms
Event pages with registration, RSVPs, ticket types, waitlists and reminders by email or text. Check-in at the door from a phone or tablet. Member directories, renewals and member-only content, with payments and donations handled through Stripe.
Payments and donations
One-time and recurring payments, deposits, invoices, donation pages with suggested amounts and receipts that send automatically. Card data stays with the payment processor, not on your server.
Portals and internal tools
Client and member portals for documents, status and messages. Internal dashboards that replace spreadsheets for scheduling, inventory, estimates or approvals.
AI-assisted tools
Practical uses of language models inside your workflow: drafting replies for staff to review, summarizing calls or tickets, sorting incoming requests, and searching your own documents. A person stays in charge of anything sent to a customer.
Why Laravel, Filament and Next.js
Laravel is a mature PHP framework with built-in tools for authentication, queues, scheduled jobs, email and database migrations. Filament sits on top of Laravel and produces admin panels, forms and tables quickly, which keeps back-office screens consistent and cheaper to build.
Next.js is a React framework we use when the public or customer-facing side needs a custom design, fast page loads and strong SEO. Many projects use both: a Laravel and Filament back office with a Next.js front end. Data lives in PostgreSQL.
