An SEO audit finds what is stopping your site from showing up in search: crawl blocks, indexing problems, slow pages, thin or duplicate content, weak local signals and broken links. 1REALTOUR runs audits as a one-time project for businesses that want a clear picture before investing in ongoing SEO, a redesign or a migration. You get a written report ranked by impact, not a raw export from a tool.
What we check
Crawling and indexing
We review robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, noindex directives, redirect chains and server errors, and compare what you want indexed against what Google Search Console reports as indexed. Many ranking problems start with pages Google cannot reach or has chosen not to index.
Site structure and content
We look at how pages link to each other, whether each service and location has a clear page, and where content is thin, duplicated or competing for the same search. Title tags, headings and meta descriptions are checked for accuracy and overlap.
Page experience
We test mobile usability and Core Web Vitals, and identify the heavy images, scripts, fonts and plugins that slow pages down on phones.
Structured data and local signals
We validate schema markup and confirm it matches the visible content. For local businesses we review your Google Business Profile, categories, service areas and the consistency of your name, address and phone number across the web.
What you receive
The report groups findings into three tiers: issues blocking visibility, issues limiting performance, and improvements worth scheduling. Each item names the affected URLs, explains the problem in plain language and describes the fix. Where we can, we estimate the effort so you can plan.
We walk through the findings on a call. Your developer can work from the list, or 1REALTOUR can make the fixes as a follow-on project.
When an audit makes sense
- Traffic or leads from search dropped and nobody knows why
- You are planning a redesign or platform migration and want a baseline
- You inherited a site from another agency or developer
- You are about to start a content or link-building program
- Your Google Business Profile is not appearing for local searches
An audit before a migration is especially valuable. It records which pages earn traffic and links today so the redirect map protects them.
How it relates to AI search
Google states that pages must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet to appear as supporting links in AI Overviews and AI Mode. That makes a technical SEO audit the starting point for AI search visibility as well. Our audit includes a review of AI crawler rules in robots.txt and flags pages where key information exists only in images or scripts.
