Text messages get read, which is why carriers now police business texting closely. 1REALTOUR builds SMS programs that pass carrier review and stay within the rules: registered numbers, recorded consent, working opt-out keywords and messages people asked for. We set up the platform, write the flows and connect texting to your forms, CRM and calendar.
Registration comes first
US carriers treat every message sent from a business platform as application-to-person traffic. If you send from a local ten-digit number, you need A2P 10DLC registration. Unregistered traffic is filtered more heavily and carries extra carrier fees.
Registration has two parts. The Brand describes your business, including its legal name and tax ID. The Campaign describes what you will send, how people opt in and sample messages. Reviewers reject campaigns when the website, opt-in language and samples do not match. We prepare all three together so they agree.
Toll-free numbers and short codes follow separate verification paths. We help you pick the number type that fits your volume and use case. 1REALTOUR works on Twilio and Telnyx, and we can take over a registration that was rejected or left half finished. We read the rejection reason, fix the website or opt-in wording it points to, and resubmit.
Consent you can prove
Every subscriber should have a clear record of how and when they agreed to receive texts. We build opt-in points that state the message type, expected frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to stop.
- Web form checkboxes that are unchecked by default and separate from other terms
- Keyword opt-in, such as texting a word to your number
- Opt-in at booking, checkout or event registration
- A stored record of the source, time and wording for each opt-in
HELP, STOP and opt-out handling
Twilio blocks further messages when a subscriber replies with a single-word opt-out keyword such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL, and START or UNSTOP lets them resubscribe. That block applies only to the number they replied to. If you send from several numbers, the opt-out has to reach every number and your CRM. We sync opt-outs across senders and lists.
We also write the HELP reply so it names your business and explains how to get support and how to stop.
Messages people want
Segmentation
We split lists by service interest, location, past purchase or event, so a homeowner who asked about windows does not get a roofing promotion.
Two-way inbox
Replies land in a shared inbox where your team can answer, assign and tag conversations. Replies can also create or update a CRM record.
Reminders and RSVP by text
Appointment and event reminders help reduce no-shows. For events, guests can confirm or decline by replying to a text, and the answer updates the guest list automatically.
