StephSellsSD is a real estate website designed for top San Diego Real Estate Agent Stephanie Jezek. This 1REALTOUR designed website integrates the must-have MLS listing service into the web design. This integration is very sought after by real estate agents because it provides real time updates to the real estate inventory. The connection to this service is very difficult to establish due to a wide variance in implementation and thousands of unique MLS providers using different sets of data dictionaries and implementations. In order to provide this service, 1REALTOUR created a custom web application that interfaces with the providers software. The site automatically updates to meet the criteria specified by the MLS provider.

Additionally, the site makes the data available for search in many different ways. All of the listing have unique geolocation data that allows the user to be able to search on the map, by address, and by neighborhood. Favorite properties can be set as favorites, which then will automatically update the client through email on changes to the property. Neighborhoods and search criteria can also be saved to enable market alerts.

The real highlight of the site is Stephanie herself. With hundreds of VERY happy clients in her career, it was crucial to display their reviews on her site. 1REALTOUR created a live feed that automatically updates reviews that Stephanie receives right on the home page from both Yelp and Zillow.

The site is professionally maintained by 1REALTOUR to protect the security of the listings and database. With thousands of listings, a fast SQL database and private server is required.
